How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
2 sets of 15 as a warm up and then usually 3-4 sets of 10-12 usually does the trick for me.
How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
30second to a minute. keep it minumun so my muscles dont have a chance to return to the normal state
What celebrity body would you most like to have? Why?
Dont know his name but the two fitness dudes from teambsn. not to big, not too small
