I decided for my birthday present to myself I would unload some fat. At age 41, I had reached a fat peak of 33%. I am now at 16%. I am excited to see how I will look and feel at 13% bodyfat.
Why I Love It:
It helps me to organize my thoughts and unwind from my day.
How I Stay Motivated:
I research how other women my age keep in shape.

I am currently at 16% bodyfat,my lean body mass is 148 pounds and I weigh 174 pounds. I have been steadily replacing fat with muscle and want to continue this process. I am running a half marathon in January so the fat will be gone soon enough.
Didn't seem hard to make myself run after I hit the 4th mile. I just have to double it and I'll be ready for January. I had very low energy for the rest of the day despite having a protein/glutamine shake, oatmeal and a ton of water after. Any suggestions would be welcomed. Should I...

Thats cool, girl i haven't ran in awhile. I have been killing it on the elliptical though. I need to kick my butt into gear and get on the DREADMILL! I got a goal to knock out, whats wrong with me??
