When I Started: Sep, 2006
How I Started: I decided for my birthday present to myself I would unload some fat. At age 41, I had reached a fat peak of 33%. I am now at 16%. I am excited to see how I will look and feel at 13% bodyfat.
Why I Love It: It helps me to organize my thoughts and unwind from my day.
How I Stay Motivated: I research how other women my age keep in shape.

Goal (Short): I want to see what I look like at 13%
Goal (Long): I am currently at 16% bodyfat,my lean body mass is 148 pounds and I weigh 174 pounds. I have been steadily replacing fat with muscle and want to continue this process. I am running a half marathon in January so the fat will be gone soon enough.
Weight Goal: I want to LOSE 15 lb
