What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
Listen to my favorite music I have recorded off of itunes. Re-focus on my goal list that I look at twice a day courtesy of Tony Robbins..."Awaken the Giant Within"
Well I have been pretty seditary for a few years since the big weight loss. I lost it all by eating right. I started at the gym in Jan 2009 so I can get toned and build muscle but I am not seeing any results yet. I am not losing any weight - so I'm getting discouraged. I know it has only been a month but I need to see the scale move for motivation. You look awesome -
How are things going for you now that we are early into 2008?
My wife and I are hoping to take a trip down your way later in the year and enjoy some of your fantastci weather and hopefully a few of your great gyms.
Any recommendations?
Just thought that I would drop by and wish you all the best of the season and hope that everything is going well with your fitness routine. Stay strong, believe in yourself and what you can accomplish and I look forward to watching your continued progression in 2008.
