Why I Love It:
its a sense of pride and passion to build the best body you can. i am a beast . I want to be the best because they told me i couldnt.Ive always been the best on my team but yet my coaches always give me a hard time because of that and still doubt me so i continue to work hard to prove them wrong.
How I Stay Motivated:

Greatness is the measure of the heart a man has.
I have the heart of Jim Brown and the work ethic of Walter Payton now who can stop me. only myself by not trying.

Goal (Long):
to maintain and enhance my athleticism. to become a professional football player. i have so much to gain and prove.everybody loves a big runningback i got the size and speed but i want to cut my bodyfat and increase my speed to go along with my size. ive lost a step over the years.i have several afl tryouts and a combine in the summer to get ready for. nothing will stop me.my high school coach didnt teach me much really stunted my growth but he taught me no exscuses just results.
What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
i think of all the people that said i couldnt do it and all the haters i have now and i look at my current situation and how happy i would be to reach my goals

Since you've been working out, taking supplements and eating right, how often do you get sick (cold, flu, etc.)?
Never

Do you have any type of chronic disease or condition?
You're definitely right about that. Getting ripped is all diet and its like exercise just helps you cope with that idea. Well, of course you can go crazy with the training and get there that much faster.
I get the feeling that versaclimber is about to be your new best friend.
This dude just up here gaining more and more size. Got me feeling small and crap. I so need to get back in the gym. Matter of fact, I think I'm headed there in an hour or so.
Gotta beat you at that action figure status. LOL, how is everything man?
LMAO, you're right about that. Its very addictive. Heck, wth you been eating. Repping 315. LOL, I wish I could do that on bench. One of these days I'll get it. One of these days ...
LOL, I'm sure you're loving that versaclimber. That evil device of torture.
Man, its good to hear you're strong, agile, and the like without the weights. He he, all forms of exercise and training are excellent. You still working on the leanness?
Good to hear you're on cloud 9 with your training and everything despite the fact you haven't touched the weights in a while. Sorry to hear about your grandfather, but hey, if you feel him in you then thats a heck of a good thing and keep up the great work.
LOL, so when are you going to get back to the weights? Keep up the motivation while you're at it.
Man, I know what you mean about the dropped fat/action figure look. I feel the same way. It takes a while though but you'll get there sooner than later.
What are you doing to get there?
yo brah good luck to you in your season this year. Im from Richmond, va and played for the Virginia Saints before they shut down. Now im in the Airforce in Ga, wishing that i could come back and play again. Hopefully the ravens will still be around when i get out in 4 . Good luck in the season and live the dream.
Being in Richmond you have access to two of the most knowledgeable men around -- both at Wolfgang's Gym -- Curtis Bryant, IFBB Pro, and Whitney Reid, the owner of the gym. for certain they could help you reach your goals!
Thanks TJ. I don't do any specifics as ABS are trained whenever you train other bodyparts. Keeping a tight core through execution and proper diet is all that's needed. Of course, this is affected by body type. I don't do Cardio for weight loss but it may be required for some (most). Best wishes on ALL ur fitness goals. *smile*
TJ, thanks for the add and blest wishes to you in all your endeavors. Sprinting is doing wonders for me in terms of shedding body fat.....Much success to you in every area of your life.
