You continue to be an inspiration to me. I try to mix up my workouts every time with a goal of continually testing my limits. I've added pushups to my upper body days. Yesterday 6 sets of 15 and one set of 16 in 25 minutes. Feels great. Thanks again for keeping my pumped. MPBodyWorker

Great Guns, That is one of the reasons I wasn't sure if I should post this or not. It was cropped to fit a billboard and this is the best copy I have that is in color. I have three or four others that I might post for comparisons, but they are cropped pretty tight as well. Thanks for the feedback and thanks for the encouragement to expand beyond this site here.
