Team sports in high school harnessed my interest in becoming bigger and stronger. When I got to college it inspired me to become a better athlete, after graduation I kicked it up a notch and got the cover of Men's Fitness Magazine as a personal challenge and goal- mission accomplished. Why I Love It:
The natural high it gives and the ability to change other's lives inside and out. It can literally enhance every aspect of your life.
How I Stay Motivated:
All of you on this site keep me motivated! Seeing people fired up and passionate about improving is the real deal; its contagious and I thank you ALL for the great energy! The chance that I could improve in any given area keeps me going. The notion of being a fit old man able to run, lift, take a fall and hold my own is very appealing as well!
BB Accomplishments:
First of all, the ability to help others learn how to better themselves through what I have learned. Sought-after Consultant for the U.S. Dept of Health and Human Services, the production and worldwide distribution of my training DVDs, achieving multiple fitness magazine covers and lastly obtaining my degree in health sciences from Texas Tech University.
