Tues: back, 45 mins cardio am and pm (bike)

Wed: OFF

Thurs: shoulders and abs, 45 mins cardio am and pm (elliptical)

Fri:BI/TRI/Calves, 45 mins cardio am and pm (treadmill)

Sat: Legs and abs 20 mins treadmill 15 mins elliptical

Sun: OFF
