How I Started:
I always lifted for sports in high school and been a big guy, but when I noticed I gained a little more than the "Freshman 15" I changed my eating habits and my workout programs.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling I get when I'm done working out and I enjoy the stress relief.
How I Stay Motivated:
I just look at myself in the mirror and don't like it so that keeps me wanting to change.
BB Accomplishments:
I've always just had big arms and could never really get a noticeable bicep. After trying some new workouts to build a bigger bicep my lifting partner said I'd never get a "bump." Now I do.

Tomorrow I have to take a physical and fill out some paper work. I went and talked to the head track coach last week about trying out for the team.  I threw shot-put in high school and couldn't get on the team as a freshman.  So I'm trying again and the coach said he'd let me join the team. ...
