Well. For 12 weeks I ate cleanly but ate A LOT. My macros were based on my starting weight of 205 lbs., and a lot of it was a fat. During that 12 week period my daily protein count was 300 grams per day. My carb count was 375 grams per day. I kept fat to a bare minimum at approximately 0-12...
Monday-chest, tris and calves
Tuesday-back and bis
Wednesday-quads (squats, extensions and leg press)
Thursday- cardio and stretching
Friday- 300 workout
Saturday-rest
Sunday-rest

Def not a problem homie...Training is going pretty good actually on my end. Doing this two-A-day thing with like an hour of cardio in the morning then hit the weights when i get off from work. Trying to get ready for the Bahama's headed there for the labor day weekend.

great job on the progress pics. i just started a 16 wk program. one wk after my 50th birthday. i have a very long way to go. my wife works at a fitness center, my daugther played division 1 volleyball and boyfriend plays for the chicago bulls, guess i need to try and keep up with the family. take care
