gain 15 lbs of muscle and get ready for the heavy events
Goal (Long):
I have always had a small frame through middle and high school. I was very athletic but always over looked, until who ever saw the potiential that i could bring to the table. Now I have been able to put on the wait a little, and I want that muscle mass that looks good and turn some heads. 195 lbs at 7% body fat is a goal bench 225 lbs 10 times be a nice start. heavy events are this summer and im going to to all it takes to get there.
Thursday I did power cleans with a friend of mine, 5 years since I did any of that and am I sore. This guy is a beast, and it was nice to do the lift again, I forgat how much I like doing them. I did 115 lbs 8-10 times 4 sets. I like to get up to 45's on each side, I need the motivation.
Yeah . lol same here have been having minor shoulder pains but pushing through them. Anything fun happenin in summer? No hookie bobbin in summer, lol......... Take care, stay strong!
hey man, Training going great. Been busy trying to mix it up a bit. Still trying to cut that extra winter belly flab. It gets harder every year. How are you doing?
Hey doing good. Same here one day its 78 the next 30, Wierd. Trainings going good, but sometimes not so motivated. Im cutting now and i just want to eat real food. I started a MMA class. An intense workout!
cool man. Yeah i am contemplating taking off a week from lifting. Lotsa pain in my left arm. tendenitis or maybe im just old. Thanks for the heads up on Hookie Bobbin. Will have to give it a go next winter... I can wait tho. Have a great weekend.

thanks, bro....music is awesome motivator...I'm constantly remixing my mixes for the mood I'm in that day. my workouts are on hardcopy, i just need time to get them on the workout tracker. I've worked out with several folks, but the wrong types...that's why I use bb.com...you are awesom...keep up your hard work...
