Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
I like Melvin Anthony and Dexter Jackson for their symmetry and pure asthetics.

Have you ever had a lifting injury?
Yes
What type of injury was it? How long were you injured? How did you recover?
I had a right shoulder impingement and couldn't lift for a month. I recovered by doing physical therapy and alot of rest.

Not warming up the muscles and trying to lift more weight than they are capable of lifting.

I am halfway through week 2 and am still trying to find out where my energy went. I used Superpump 250 for the first time a few years back and got some good pumps. So far this time around the pumps are M.I.A and I am not getting that energized feeling from the PlasmaJet yet. Hopefully it kicks...

ah nice! that's some really good progress, i wish i could say the same, heaven knows i don't look like my pic anymore, haha... and those lipid values can be altered a lot by what you eat prior to being taken, even a peanut butter sandwich could do it. so no worries, i'm sure you're fine.

Haha human interaction is a good thing.. Yeah, it all depends on work, but right now I'm going arond 5pm. Tonight I'll be going later though, I think I might switch back to mainly going to Redlands. Its much nicer even though its so small.
