Reason: This was part of my goal to test a theory I had heard of. I recently listened to a professor at Harvard teach about Chlorophyll being chemically structured just like the red blood cell. He had worked with body builder who used chlorophyll supplements in their recovery phases. They found that chlorophyll aided recovery and muscle growth and repair significantly. If healthy, red blood helps repair the muscles after work, chlorophyll creates healthy, red blood in the lower intestine more efficiently than meat proteins. So, I am testing it out. I love it so far.
