How I Started:
I was a three sport athlete in high school. I played football and basketball and ran track. I started getting lazy during my freshman year of college and lost a lot of the endurance i had built up. I started working out heavily once i got done with boot camp and my weight went from 165 pounds up to 195 pounds. I got back home and started getting lazy again and have dropped down to 176 pounds and I'm starting to be the skinny guy again and i don't want to be, so now its time to get motivated again!
Why I Love It:
I love working out when i do just because it was awesome seeing my body start to put on weight. My freshmen year of high school i was 6'1 129 pounds and graduated high school 6'1 182 pounds. I would like to get back in shape primarily because i want the positive attitude again and all the energy i used to have. plus i think my girlfriend would like it too since my abs seem to have disappeared!
How I Stay Motivated:
I get sick of being slow now when i run. i used to run my half mile consistently around 2:05 and my 400 around 54 seconds and now im slow! I think of how fast i used to be and how i can do that again and be in better shape.

I havent really accomplished much yet...but i did recently finally stop chewing!
