How I Started:
Got preggers, gain 60 lbs. Had a baby, still had an extra 45 lbs. My bum looked like a white garbage bag filled with cottage cheese. Not hot to say the least. It was high time to do something about it.
Why I Love It:
Because I get some "me" time. That one hour in the gym is the ONLY one hour I get to be selfish and do something purely for myself all day...it's worth its weight in gold!
How I Stay Motivated:
Look at my progress pics! I'm actually changing and getting fitter, toned, etc...damn! Who would have thought a little hard work would pay off? :) Maybe someday I could look like "ChickenTuna"...that is my motivation!
BB Accomplishments:
Lost some serious fat- down to 119 lbs. Next on the agenda....putting on some hot,lean muscle!

40 weeks preggers 8 months post baby
This was right befoe I popped. Just to give you an idea of how huge I got.
Now I'm MAKING the time to weight-train 3X week and cardio 3X week. I'm starting to tone up but I don't think I'm going to get anywhere if I don't make some BIG CHANGES to my diet.

Goal (Long):
Turn this jelly belly into a thing of beauty and drop the 54 lbs of Kraft dinner, peanut butter 'n jelly sandwiches, and chocolate milk that I've ingested over the last 9 months. I would like to be between 115-112 lbs with 15% bodyfat. As of March 2009 I'm 124 lbs with 21% bodyfat. I can and will do this! I can and will look awsome in my bikini by July!

Thanks...I'll be getting faster progress now that I'm completely under Steve's plan. My diet was pretty sloppy. Def hit him up! You're already back in better shape than myself, but I'm gonna push harder now that I'm on a plan :)
