poes estuve deprimido 2 meses....muy mal..i poes no asia nada de ejercicio acabo de volver este lunes i poes es casi como empezar desde 0...como vas?? jaja me blokeaskte del msn o ke pedo?? nomas una ves te preugnte kien ereas porke no sabia ..asta ke vi JD aki i dije ooo era el.. i poes ia nunca te veo conectado :S

Thank you! I do cardio 5xs a week for around 30-45 mins a session (broken up before and after lifting session on lifting days). Some days i will do low intensity and other days HIIT style cardio. It works for me!
