3 yrs ago I started at 227 and leaned out to 157 on a veggie diet. I wanted to put more muscle on so I added 800 cals of protein a day to my diet and up to 175 with a little more lean muscle

training going good...trying to add a little muscle at 60 at DAMN hard but doable...I leaned out to much so the last month I have added 800 calories a day more to my diet and have added mass,now I'm in a leasning outstage but want to keep the muscle that I've gained in arms and chest..how about you, what's up

a clean diet, cut all the crap food,not calories,I eat 3 or 4 meals a day with 2 whey protein shake drinks before and after w.o.'s, the protein I beleive helps speeds up the metabolism along with eating more often...that is if you are going to eat 4 or 5 meals make them smaller but stay fixed on the same amout of calories, this is 80% of it the other 20% is exercise
