No quite the opposite now to be honest. I was pretty much at a stalemate trying to get leaner, so I decided I might as well try and get bigger. So I've been eating a ton lately (prolly too much). We'll see what happens...lol

Hey man, how's it going?
Things are going pretty well here. Been busy with work and other things, but still finding time to lift of course. Hope everything is well with you.

Yeah, it'd prolly be a lot better if I had an e-z curl bar but whatever. Thanks for the wishes. Hopefully things will only get better...

I've gone threw a full week of training and haven't really had any problems with the wrist. Bent over rows and BB skullcrushers I had to go light on b/c it caused some discomfort and I wanted to play it safe, but other than that's its been good. The wraps work amazing. Tremendous support when wrapped tight and peace of mind wrapped loose.

Oh I'll definitely be careful. I already picked up some APT wrist wraps as an extra precaution. I Certainly do not want to have to take anymore time off for a while.

Glad to hear you're getting better. Back injuries are something I hope I never have to deal with that's for sure. Good luck with the rest of pt and getting back to 100%.

Yes, very pumped to get back at it. I'm just praying it's not too soon and I don't re-aggravate it.
As far as the supps go, animal flex and elite whey are new to me, but I've used white flood, green mag and reduction in the past.

thanks man, appreciate it.
And how often I train them varies A LOT.
Sometimes I'll go weeks w/o doin any bi/tri work. Sometimes I'll just do a few sets of curls on back day and some extensions/skullcrushers on shoulder day. Sometimes (esp. when bulking) I'll do the previous and throw in an arm day (which would mean I hit them twice every 6-7 days).
Power to the basement lifters!
peace

Better, I stopped working out for a little bit and the wrist is certainly getting better. I even curled a 50lb db a couple times today and it didn't hurt at all (which is amazing considering it hurt just to hold a 30lb db like two weeks ago). Should be back lifting within a few days I think/hope.
How's the back? still doin PT I assume?

Right on man. NO-xplode and cell mass were probably the first supplements that made me say "wow this shit really works". I got my old college roommate hooked on it too. Definitely good stuff. Gets pricey when you're doin 2-3 scoops a day though. Otherwise I'd prolly still use it myself.

It's unfortunately on hold for a few weeks due to a bit of a wrist injury.
How are things with you?

yeah, stupid wrist injury, i've been icing, heating, somewhat resting and trying to work around it for the past 2 weeks or so, but it's just getting worse and worse, so I gotta take time off. There seems to be no other way...

In all honesty it probably wouldn't look much different if I did in fact update every single day b/c I don't cheat much...but regardless it does make for a better, more impressive looking graph lol

Well it's a little trickery on my part. It's definitely gone up for a few days at a time (after big cheat days). But of course that's just water weight (for the most part) so I don't ever update until it's evened out or started to go back down.

oof, that sucks, sorry to hear. Back injuries are definitely the worst in my opinion. Good luck with the physical therapy.

eh, training is kinda so-so right now cause of a wrist injury. I'm trying to work around it as best as possible, but it's kinda tough...
How are things with you?

Thanks man, appreciate it. And yeah, I've had enough injuries that I've just ignored and made worse that I'll prolly take this one on the smarter/easier side. We'll see though...
