It's been a while since I checked in with you so I thought I'd ask how your trainings going. Did you stay with gaining or did you go back to leaning out this past summer/fall?
Try to get bigger? Based on what your past pictures show you've got a real "knack" for putting on size. And I'm sure you'll do your best to stay pretty lean while gaining. Good luck!
Things aren't too bad for me all in all. Could be better, could be a whole lot worse. I've been busy with work and such as well. I'm glad you are still at it though. Are you still working on leaning out?
I'm glad to hear that things are back in full swing for you. I'm working towards that myself - my schedule has lightened up and now I can spend the amount of time I want to in the gym!
I'm sure things will get better if you mean by better bigger, stronger, and leaner! If you can you might invest in an EZ curl bar. I find mine to be very useful in many lifts - though mine is a little different than most as it has handles for tricep work as well as the curling, too (think of an EZ curl bar with a horseshoe shape bend in the middle).
I guess I never thought of skullcrushers as putting a lot of stress on the wrists, but now that you mention it I guess they do. But, it's good to hear that things are going well - good luck as you continue to get back into the swing of things again. Sounds like you are off to a great start!
