When I Started: Aug, 2003
How I Started: I enjoyed lifting weights in highschool and was making consistant gains, but when I got to college, the gym was in the process of being built so I did not have anywhere to work out. I tried to do as much as I could in my room(push ups, set ups, curls with my book bag!!!, etc...). At the end of my junior year in college, I was diagnosed with cancer. After going through surgery and radiation therapy, I was down to 160lbs....skin and bones for me. It was at this point I decided I needed to live as healthy as I could. I also wanted to gain my mass back..and more if possible. Unfortunately I had difficulty getting to the gym consistantly with the job was doing...so about a year and a half ago, I made a decision, I was going to go to the gym and be consistant no matter what!!! Since then I have been consistant :)
Why I Love It: there are few things in life that are as honest as bodybuilding/working out. there are no real shortcuts here, no cheating, only you, the weights, and your determination.
How I Stay Motivated: Failure is not an option!!!

Main Goal: Gain Muscle
Goal (Short): I'm starting my mass gain cycle again. I hope to get atleast 5-10lbs of lean muscle this winter
Goal (Long): I'd like to end up a lean 235lbs. - 250lbs. I know that's a large range, but I'll go as far as my body will let me. lone way to go though!!!
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 20 lb
Bodyfat Goal: 6%

things are going good with BCL. I am going to start some of there new products this week. Not too much else going on right now. Just eating, training, and working. :) How about you? Anything exciting?
