This was taken when I first started out. I was just shy of 250 pounds with far too much body fat. I felt the worst I'd ever feld in my life and decided to make a few changes to my lifestyle.
Just a quick picture to show the difference between 4 months ago and today (June 9th 2009) I'm impressed with the progress
My aim is to continue losing fat as I have been doing. I'm renewing my vows. 3 stone down, 2 more to go.
Goal (Long):
I have always wanted to be a normal size but have always been chubby. I want to lose the excess fat I am carrying in my body and look as good as I should. I want to become more active, increase my confidence and generally feel better about myself!
This guy has laid down the path of inspiration, he's a model to us all on how to live and shows us all how to improve our bodies. Amazing, simply fantastic.
So I started my first full-time job about 3 months ago. And I was totally not ready for it. Starting to work 50 hours a week from 6 hours a week, basically killed me. I stopped training completely and piled on the pounds. Which I'm pretty unhappy about. However, I refuse to be beaten, I've come...
You should try to get more sleep. Thats what I would say you need. It is also possible that you are doing so much more working out than you use to and your body is not used to that yet.
That's great i just thought i would pass on the info. I did not know how much American news y'all got over there. I have XM radio and listen to BBC 1 and am amazed sometin=mes how little "world" news we actually get here. I did not know if it was the same way over there
Good to hear your back at it. I dont know if your heard about it across the pond but they have recalled alot of fat burning suppliments over here. Might wnna check it out if you are taking any of those.
Thats great that you lost weight. So how are you liking the lipo 6x? I liked it ok but if you get a chance you should try the arson it works really well.
If you have any questions about anything just let me know i'll try to help as much as I can about any kind of training or even what you could eat that great for you. Hope you get to your goals 75 pounds ia hard but if you throw a lot of weights in there and tons of cardio you can do it.
