transformation start comparison betwen last two cuts
legs and abs are definitely crisper. I guess I can't be too disappointed but I still would like to get absolutely shredded at some point.

Goal (Long):
I've always used my participation in track and field's heavy events to legitimize my higher-than-desireable level of body fat. "You can't fire a cannon from a cannoe." This has been a crutch for me to lean on during attempt after attempt to lose unsightly bodyfat. Body fat helps in very few athletic events. Now once and for all I want to get lean and reveal the muscle I know is underneath, but have never seen. Not interested in any specific weight- I'll judge by what I see in the mirror.

So I've had a few bad days here and there while traveling, but overall my clean bulk is still going well.  My bad days usually come when I'm traveling because I haven't been packing a full line-up of meals like I do when I cut.  The different food is fun on the road and it has just caused me...

doing great, didn't start the fruit diet...starting it next week. Had to hold a little bit of water because of shooting a promotional workout video all this week so I wouldn't break anything...once it's done I'll post it and get your opinion on it but I'm also doing a guest posing this weekend so I have to find a happy medium...hope all is well on your side..

you don't even look like the same person anymore, it's soooooo crazy...I applaud your transformation...I beat you have such a renew sense of yourself now...you should have gotten first IMO.
