Would like to add 10 pounds of solid muscle in the next year.
Goal (Long):
Always a believer in setting goals in whatever field of life, I feel developing a good physique and maintaining a healthy mindset are important ways to achieve goals in other areas. I would be happy to gain 10 more pounds to achieve a competition weight of around 190lbs, at a height of 5.7. Would like to keep bodyfat at around 8-10 percent in the offseason and bring it down to 3-4 percent for contests. Would also like to keep fit for boxing a martial arts, both of which I enjoy training for.

Hi, David :)...No, I have not competed out. I was out of training for a while with an injury and am just getting back into it. Got to build the muscle back up. I plan on competing in 2010, though...Thank you. The same to you...I will be in the US in a couple of months, so will get a chance to see a few shows (hopefully), and see what I "compare" like.

Maybe you should consider looking into York Barbell's rich heritage. That's currently where my girlfriend resides... and hour away from me.
