How I Started:
I have always been an athlete and very active. Before I became a mommy I was in great shape with rock hard abbs and the body to go with them, after haveing a long difficult and emotional pregnancy I put on lots of weight and now that my daughter is 4 I am way past ready to get my body back to where it needs to be. Back to where I want it to be!
Why I Love It:
It just makes me feel really great. I love to run and get a good cardio work out going because when I'm finished with the cycle it just makes me feel like I have accomplished something grand!!
How I Stay Motivated:
I work in a field that is very demanding on the body and on the muscles so to keep from injurying myself I try and keep things up to par, but it gets hard to find the time sometimes!!!!
BB Accomplishments:
I have lost all the post pregnancy weight!!!! The body figure just needs a little more help!

Goal (Long):
I want to lose the excess fat around my waist, hips, and thighs. I would like to tone my arms and legs up with lean muscle mass. I am not interested in bulking up just toning and creating a tone, solid, and long/lean body. I want to work on my abbs, and get them back to the tight, flat gorgeous waistline I used to have.
What do you think about people who "grunt" loudly while working out? Do you do it?
I don't do it but I don't get offended by it either!

What type of outfit do you usually wear when you workout? Why?
I usually wear bikers to run in and then gym shorts over them for weights. I mostly wear tnaks tops or loose fitting t-shirts and then good running shoes with socks!
I added update pics from being on the sculpting work out deal for 3 weeks solid...I can see a little change but let me know if any of you guys can see it! Thanks!
Mon: upper body on weights, kick-boxing for cardio, run 3 miles
Tues: lower body on weights, pilates for tone long lean muscle mass, run 3 miles
Wed: full body core work out on weights, cycling, run 3 miles
Thurs: upper body on weights, kick-boxing for cardio, run 3 miles
Fri: lower body...
