My husband Reno moved in w/me and encouraged me to lift w/him...He makes a great lifting partner and is so supportive in my goals of bodybuilding.
Why I Love It:
I love how my body looks and feels now. I have so much energy now.
How I Stay Motivated:
Knowing that I'm keeping myself healthy is all the motivation I need.
BB Accomplishments:
I wouldn't consider it a bodybuilding accomplishment but in 2001 I weighed 200 lbs I was a size 16 and now I'm a size 3. I'm pretty proud of losing the weight.

What is the most common reason that somebody gets injured while lifting?
Using too much weight and not correct form
What is the most dangerous weightlifting exercise? Why?
Flat bench...if you're using to much weight and bouncing it off your chest you could easily break some ribs or worse have a collapsed lung. Some people are just plain stupid about that stuff.
Have you ever had a lifting injury?

Man its kinda frustrating but expected that gaining my strength back is pretty slow moving. I feel great and I'm having some awesome workouts since I've increased my carbs. I'm up to 150-170 on training days and 100-120 on non training. I've been slowly adding my carbs in each week or I follow...
