Why I Love It: I love how my body looks and feels now. I have so much energy now.
How I Stay Motivated: Knowing that I'm keeping myself healthy is all the motivation I need.
BB Accomplishments: I wouldn't consider it a bodybuilding accomplishment but in 2001 I weighed 200 lbs I was a size 16 and now I'm a size 3. I'm pretty proud of losing the weight.

I'm really suprised that I'm still have a good amount of energy going from 2200 calories to 1500 a day.  My workouts continue to be very intense and I'm getting stronger every workout.  It seems like I'm going up in weight or I can do more reps w/every exercise.  I'm going w/5 day split...

Thanks for the add and reply. I hope you get better with time, don't push it too hard. Am putting mass but am having hard time showing definitions even thou am at a low body fat! not sure what's going on here. Any tips on posing and competition aids, like books or dvd?

hey grace, got your message. It did seem to dry my skin out a little bit and I got some blotchy skin on the top of my forehead, not sure I got to the point of "breaking out though". I backed down on the dosage, and its okay now. How have you been dosing it?
