Arnold! I started training in 1996 and put on size by 1999. I started refining that size into quality muscle. I got into a bad car accident in 2002. A drunk driver hit me head on. I had no flexion in my body and could not work out anymore due to physio and trying to get back into twisting and turning. I have gained 65 lbs and it is time to shed it!
Why I Love It:
It makes me feel so good!
How I Stay Motivated:
Pictures. Surrounding myself around fitness buffs. Talking to people who are keen on fitness
BB Accomplishments:
2002 - 7% bodyfat. Currently in January 2009 I am sitting at 30% bodyfat.
My fitness goal is to lose 65 pounds of fat within a year and a half and keep the muscle that I currently have
Goal (Long):
All of my life I have been wanting to have a body that I can be proud of. When I was a child I would look up to Bruce Lee and wish that I could be as lean and muscular as him. I don't want to settle for being average! I want to have a six pack (I know it's there somewhere) and feel confident around women. I want my arms to bulge from under my sleeves. I would like to be 150 pounds, with 7% bodyfat, and be able to do at least 200 on the bench press. I know with full dedication I can do this in the next 18 months!
Thanks for the ad.......two wks to the Arnold Classic and feeling fabulous @ 47...wishing you the best.

Thanks for your message - I have written blogs to share my tips that I have learned over the years & I also have some videos at the bottom of my profile page. I personally do not do any cardio, but I diet very hard all the time.
Sorry about your car accident. That would be very trying. I tore my achillies tendon and felt sorry for myself. Good luck with the transformation. Remember diet is 90% of it, so that you can do, eat clean and keep your chin up.
Thank you kindly for the lovely compliment and for the friendship invitation, I appreciate it! Best wishes on the diet - it's the tough part for everyone I think
