Such a great and shiny icon on body space. Very hard working woman and so dedicated to this sport, although been busy with school and work, she manage to have time for all of her friends on BS, I call her the princess of bodybuilding because she really is. Love.

I had to cease all training, and it was a challenge to do all the school work. I am feeling better - just a few more days of antibiotics. I did train today, I did legs. Thank you for your prayers, they are appreciated. xoxoxo Jen
Aw, thank you G - you know just what to say to make me feel better. Yes, what started as a cold & allergies morphed into an ear infection causing dizziness and nausea along with a respiratory infection/bronchitis - what is worse is in the beginning the doctor said it would just go away, but it didn't, it steadily got worse. I was really miserable, and it was during mid-terms.
It makes me happy to hear you are doing wonderful G! I will reply to your pm soon as I can. I've been sick for weeks and on antibiotics, so it has affected training. I am feeling better - just a few more days on those I hope *crosses fingers!
I have competed in figure and bikini, but I really want to do lightweight bodybuilding, so that is what I am after
..

Hey! You might try just good ol' fashioned amino acids...in the form of tablets or included in a protein shake (maybe you already take a shake before and after workout??) You look like you already know the secret to getting massive.
