How I Started:
A friend showed me how to do it several years ago, I got busy and stopped but recently I thought I needed more strength so I started again.
Why I Love It:
The feeling I get after a workout and after breaking my previous lifting records is awesome.
How I Stay Motivated:
The burning desire to improve myself, thats all the motivation I need.

Hoping I can achieve 250lb within a few years, also want to get where I can deadlift 300lb, squat 250lb, Bench 200lb, Row 200lb and press 120lb. Although once I achieve those I'll definitely try to increase my strength further then that, although I'm not going to go much over 250lb.

Well I am doing the Rippletoe workout program, and have been on it for 6 weeks. The first six weeks were primarily meant for me to get my ligaments and tendons conditioned for working out. And is seems like it's been working.
I am doing this program to add quality mass to my system, so far...
