How I Started:
I played sports as a kid and then went into about 15 years of nada. I got soft and chubby and that had to end. I started running and working out to drop some weight and then just caught the workout bug...
Why I Love It:
Love the results and the zone while I'm lifting.
How I Stay Motivated:
BodySpace, hands down. So many motivated peeps!

Dropping 30 lbs in less than a year. Getting my body back.
