How I Started:
i got started by looking in the mirror and realizing that i needed to drop weight and then i droped about 70 pounds. then i realized **** it make it into muscle so i started liftin in the spring of 09 and havent stopped since i am trying to get to 230 lean and muscle.
Why I Love It:
I love the burn and the results, i love it when u put up weight u never imagined you could and when ur on that 10th rep and u push through while every muscle in ur body is pushing and ur veins are about to pop... thats why I love workin out.
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated by the people i lift with and the results i want to see. i stay motivated because i no if i can get healtier i can become a better soldier.

I went from 310 to 236, Im can wear clothes i wore in like 5th grade.

Goal (Long):
I want to up my maxes in everything. I want to drop to under 10 percent body fat. I want to fill out my tees and my polos and wana be a monster in the muy thai ring. I want to look like Frank Mir from UFC.
today is a back day... ill be doin cable rows, dead lift, lat pulls, reverse lat pulls, back fly, and prob spine crunchers. itll be arund like 20 to 25 sets its alot but the back is a huge part of your body.
