well bigger stronger guys at school started pushing me around so i decided to start lifting so i can stick up for myself
Why I Love It:
keeps me fit and strong. Especially for hockey

I would focus on building muscle and gaining a bit of fat first, and later you burn off all the fat and let your abs show, that's what I have been trying

yea quite easy, do more exercise with weights, e.g weighted crunches or rope pulldowns, and make sure to burn most of the fat by doing cardio like running or swimming. However if you are looking to gain muscle,
