How I Started:
My friend is a figure girl and really inspires me. I want to now take it to the next level. I had some issues happen and unfortunately ballooned from 137 to 186lbs in a year. I am now losing and getting back on track and want to go to the next level. I am back down to 153 at the moment and am 5'7 -(2/3/09) and my goal is to get to 130 - 135 at 16% body fat. ANY ADVICE IS MORE THAN WELCOME!!!!!

Goal (Long):
I would like to someday compete in a figure show and take modeling pictures. I have always wanted to walk down the beach knowing that I can finally be proud of my body. I would like to be at 16 or 17% body fat year round and have the lower lines of my abs to be defined. I would like to have definition in my arms and my legs to have lines. I know I can do this!!!!
