HOW I STARTED:

I was originally motivated by Tosco Reno's books as well as oxygene magasine

WHY I LOVE IT:

it gives me more energy to keep up with my 4 kids

Live fit

4 weeks in to the live fit program and i have lost 5 lbs and 9 inches.  WOW is all i half to say

goups77 Today I was able to resist the treats at work. I usually like to take some but they sure were not a clean food. I was able to take a protein bar instead. So much better Nov 22, 2011 6:10pm
