i started off doing walking to jogging and running then i started to lift and im soo glad i did because feeling ur muscle work and seeing them form and ur body is the best high in the world
Why I Love It:
i love the feeling of the pump and pushing my body to its limit almost 2 years now and its no turning back
How I Stay Motivated:
i stay motivated from what i have achieved and wanting to always be better

transforming my body from 370 to 197 13 percent b/f ( thanks to many hours of cardio as well )
