My Workout Program
I switch my routein up every week. I did the 12 week transformation with Kris Gethins program and am amazed with the change my body has made. My entire thought process on training and diet are at a very different level.
I have been doing a lot of superset work focusing on high reps but also toss in heavy days.
Since I have been on this diet program, i do 20-25 minutes of cardio 2X a day.

This is what I eat!
Intermitted fasting has been my protocol for the last 2 months. I cant say it is working and beneficial since I am currently on a slow bulk. I find it much easier to eat 3 big meals rather than the 5-6 meal bullshit suggestion.
I eat clean for the most part. Clean meaning natural, whole and minmal / non processed food. I do like to enjoy life here and there and cheat.
I find that counting my calories and sticking with my macros is what is helping me achieve my goals.

Supplements
After about a decade of fitness and nutrition I have learned that most supplements are all marketing hype. I have learned that proper nutrition is the key to reaching goals. The products I do use come from a good company, such as ON and I stick with Whey, multi, fishoil, creatine. There are only a handful of companies that I will purchase from since I do not trust most of the companies out there.

What gives me the push..
My motivation...
I have had a life that differs from many. I am the youngest of 6 and grew up with a lot of fear. I always wanted to please and make everyone happy. My old man passed away when I was 12 and my life had no path.. I let go of myself and was eating out of sadness, comfort and what not. I was fat and hated my image. I was picked on by my family and just felt worthless. I joined HS football at 15 and leanred the basics with weights and it has been love ever since. After HS I got into bodybuilding in college and just loved watching my body change. I was a massive 220 at one point and noticed the looks and attention and loved it. I had a giant EGO, tho, which no man should have. At 19 I was stabbed in a fight ( my right forearm and lower back )I should have bled death or been put in a wheel chair from paralization. ( 2cm away from my spine the blade was ) I dropped from 220 to 189 in a matter of 2 months. I felt low, worthelss, ugly. I started to lift 4 months after the injury even tho the doc said no way. i feel weight training really helped heal me. I still cannot feel half of my right hand due to nerve damage.
Fast foward to today. I have done a lot of growing up and am now 27 years old. I know what i want in life and that is true happieness. I want to motivate, educate and give my gift to the world. I try to live without hate, ego, or resentment and treat people as if they were my family. It is not simple and there are days where I slip. My goal in life is to be the father that I never had and raise a beautiful family.
This program I am on taught me a lot about myself and has changed my outlook in life.
