Thanks, for me it's all about diet. If I eat right I look great. Eat like shit for a week and poof, abs are gone and I'm up 5 to 10 lbs. I'm not sure what your routine is but if your cardio and diet are in check, it's only a matter of time until your abs are visible.

i think it's mostly diet and cardio... If you keep those two in check then you will see your abs... I know a lot of people are all about working abs all the time, but if your eating like shit and not doing cardio your never going to see them.

I've been sick for the past few days so I've been taking it easy. I'm gonna head to the gym later this afternoon though. Summer's right around the corner...

Not really. Once a week I might have a grilled chicken salad. I use oil and balsamic as the dressing.

For the past few weeks most of the carbs I'm consuming come from chicken, eggs, fat free american cheese, natural peanut butter, almonds, and protein shakes. I'm trying to eliminate indirect sources of carbs. One day a week I re-carb. Last week I ate an entire pizza. I'm looking forward to doing that again this weekend.

Just eat right and stick with your cardio. Don't get discouraged, they're not going to show up over night. If you stay focused it's just a matter of time until you reach your goal.

Good to hear your making progress. It's all about diet. Just putting in the time over here. Summer is right around the corner. No time to mess around.

If your doing lots of cardio without any results I would change up your diet. Remember your stomach is probably the last area where you are going to lose the fat. I'd go with a high protein, low carb, diet. Make sure you get your EFA's. If you eat clean and stick with your cardio you should definitely see results in time. For food I'd stick with mainly eggs/egg whites, chicken, tuna, natural peanut butter, almonds, and a good protein shake.

What up... I just started a semi keto like diet about a week and a half ago. I'm consuming about 1800 calories total which breakdowns to about 70% protein, 20% fat, 10% carbs. Basically it's a lot of egg whites, chicken, almonds, naturally peanut butter, protein shakes, with some tuna thrown in. I'm not eating any indirect carbs.
