How I Started:
While playing high school ice hockey i weighed 135. I lived heavy and bulked in college and weighed as much as 185. Now I'm just trying to keep muscle and lose fat.
Why I Love It:
The mirror doesn't lie.
How I Stay Motivated:
The daily grind definitely isn't easy and sometimes gains are hard to notice because you see yourself everyday. But it's real moral booster when a friend or someone in public compliments you. It's a lifestyle. You just have to make it a priority.

I guess ultimately I would like to stay in shape for as long as I can. Long term I would like to add some muscle in the winter and get cut up during the summer, doing it all natural.

yes... i need to get them in check..i think recently i have not been eating enough..I was trying to drop fat and i was only taking it less that 1500 cal. per day if that...i think my body was suriving off my muscle..
whats up skillz..how you feeling.working out? I have not done to much ab work this week just some cardio and keeping the fat intake down...not sure if i need to diet more for my abs to show thru more or do more ab work?
Your right about the diet...I think with a little more weight loss i can really start to hit the abs and pull them out..what do you think???Alot of cruches is a waist if fat is on top right??

hey dude awesome physique man,awesome awesome abs. do u know of any sample diet plan nd workout program i can get. ive been working out for 2 years now with no results. i dnt even have ripped abs despite doing alot of cardio to nd im still small. Pls any sort of help and advice would be appreciated.
