well i wouldn't put it that way.
but i'm about to toss my new co-worker across the damn room... he resembles what i imagine a potato dumpling would look like with clothes on. and he brings up weight lifting allllll the ****ing time, but he doesn't lift, he talks about how he "used" to lift .... and i don't give a ****.

I kept protein up, but not near my normal 250g/day. I cut carbs down. I didn't lose strength or size, I looked really flat and soft though, it's been 5-6 weeks since the accident, 3 weeks of which I couldn't move much or use my left arm at all from the torn artery and I already set a new bench 1RM and new deadlift 1RM.

YO! i'm back in the gym now. dang, you got ripped while I was gone. REPS for that new front progress pic bro! I'm back up to 180, and made new PR's for 1RM on bench and DL myself.

thanks for the comment bro. your back is looking much thicker. i'm actually injured atm. bad roll during mma training last week. elbow popped 5-6 from being hyperextended in a arm bar + strained rotator cuff.

yeah i would go for the "add so much muscle my bf % goes down" approach vs losing any weight.. MMA training is going well... little too much cardio than i'd like right now is all.
