How I Started:
I've always be active in sports since I was a child. I competed in soccer, basketball, gymnastics, dance, volleyball, and horseback riding. I started weight training for gymnastics in High School. I instructed hardcore kickboxing classes and Hip Hop classes until 2003 -when I got married and moved.
Why I Love It:
How you look and you feel afterwards! It's fabulous knowing your are in control of your body and finding out what it can do! I find that I am more driven to eat clean when I work out... another BONUS!
How I Stay Motivated:
Easy... pictures of your self in a bikini will do wonders on your mentality! I always keep the "current" picture of me in a bikini in my wallet...Just so I remember how I really look. Like they all say-Pictures don't lie! My biggest drive is my hubby... he's very hot and VERY ripped,sooooo I have to work out hard to keep the other ladies off of him....
BB Accomplishments:
Nothing too big yet... won a modeling contract for WHW Models in 2009 and working on my portfolio. I want to compete in Fitness and get my personal trainer certifcation through ISSA.

Goal (Long):
I want to lower my body fat percentage, lose around 16 pounds and become ripped again! Maybe one day compete in Fitness - I love gymnastics, dancing and being fit! Obviously, after having kids your body changes so it's going to be harder to have a hot body...but hey, I like challenges! But more importantly, I am determined to raise my kids in a healthy lifestyle. I am sickened at our country's obesity, especially in children!
My husband is almost done with Law School and I want to have breast implants as a reward for all of my hard work! (Because we all know that's the first thing to go after kids and intense cardio and weight training... why can't it just leave your boobs alone and dissappear off of your thighs instead? :)
I competed in a Model competition in July of 2008 and I was runner up (out of 70 contestants) Hence I didn't have to get in a bikini or the results would of been different...! I placed 2nd again in 2009 but there was over 300 contestants! I get to do photoshoots for WHW (Wild Heart Girls)magazine/calendar and become a spokesperson for the rest of the year! Planning on getting my Personal Trainer License through ISSA.
I love that she is so driven! I admire people that have kids on top of health problems that LOOK like her! It's motivation/inspiration to someone like me that has gone through everything I have. YOU CAN HAVE IT ALL!
Why? What are the pros and cons of working out there?
The pros of working out at home is convience for me. I can pay attention to being a mother, business owner & wife. The negative side of it is not being able to have "me time" like you would at a gym - along with meeting other people that have the same interests as you. Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I found a Eating Log at Border's Books and I use the Eat Clean Diet Workout Journal for my weight training

What are your personal NON-FITNESS life goals?
Attend horseshoeing school (just finished it a month ago) and become a better farrier through lots of experience. Eventually get certified through AFA (American Farriers Association) Not a requirement to shoe horses but I want it anyways. I love to learn! I want to become John Lyons (Worldwide Pro Horse Trainer) Certified Trainer in the future. I also want to go back to college and get a my degrees in Equestrian Science and Physical Education. Just found out that I am pregnant...again! We knew we wanted one more and we are super excited! Gotta dig out my prego safe workout's again and up the healthy calories.

saline is safer and as far as "feeling natural".......well crap..they are FAKE. Plus I wanted under the muscle because I get so lean and I dont want to see the bag..........kind of makes me want to vomit to see a bag under skin
hey cutie!! You are where I was about 6 years ago, all I can say is RESOLVE to get some sort of a workout done at least every other day...once you get that habit built in and get a base fitness level going you can add more days. ALSO, be sure to remember the MUSCLE BURNS FAT~! So build your muscle by lifting often and eating protien.

You my dear are the inspiration...4 kids, 7 surgeries a wife and a mommy all while following your fitness dreams...pat yourself on the back, your rockin it!
