eat a lot of food, i was skinnyer then you be4 istarted and i now look big. im even stronger then some of the seniors at my school they just have puberty on me

everything went up. i can curl 20's 8 times and 25's 3 times and 30's once. and i got musale now. and im still in a bulk now. im bulking till march. so i get 160 or march whicheverone comes first. then cuttin for summer. but did u go up.

the thing is my cuzion is younger then me which is said but he is strong. its in his dads gens but it is my moms sister so i dont have that gen. he was built like that.

we both started the same way by are cusions mone just took me to the gym after we went to camp he took me to the gym upstairs
