muscleric BF coming down slowly, but I changed my setting on my scale to athlete and all of a sudden I am at 12%, but the gym caliper says different, so I think the scale is bogus. hang in there, thanks for the kind comment. Peace, Rich Jan 9, 2013 6:01am
