If I am to grow older I would like to enjoy physical abilities which afford me quality of life.  If a medical condition or injury takes some physical ability away I understand. But as long as I am able I feel I must work toward the goal of improving my physical structure and abilities. If I am to have longevity then I must strive for QUALITY OF LIFE.

  • Certainly is fun. Sometime!! Tracy you'll have time and energy someday when you finish taking care of that corporation. SSN and 401 comin' in. Lifting regularly and taking care of your own lawn/home. Happiness in the American way. Just gotta' keep that ole' truck runnin' girl.
