If I am to grow older I would like to enjoy physical abilities which afford me quality of life. If a medical condition or injury takes some physical ability away I understand. But as long as I am able I feel I must work toward the goal of improving my physical structure and abilities. If I am to have longevity then I must strive for QUALITY OF LIFE.
