How I Started:
My friend talked me into quitting the high school baseball team and start weightlifting.
Why I Love It:
I like the gains, the pain, the rewards and the feeling when I get done with a workout. It has been a big part of my life for 25 yrs.
How I Stay Motivated:
I change my goals. I am now getting away from "bodybuilding" exercises and working on increasing my max on the 3 powerlifting exercises. (bench, squat, deadlift)
BB Accomplishments:
I entered 1 contest in my life and won. 1985 Premier bodybuilding championship in Valley Cottage NY. I was 24 and trained extremely hard along with a tough diet for 3 months.
