I squated for the first time the other day since the runners knee.  Felt good.  Went light, but got low.

I got my dead lift up to 285 the other day 3 sets of 1 and 1 set of 2

Howzit, my cardio consists of the treadmill. I do a fast walk of around 6km an hour and at an angle of 3 degrees for between an hour and 1 and 30 min a day. That should be enough to get you very lean together with a good diet. When I mean lean I mean 3% bodyfat. Hope it helps. Take care.

To keep the weight in the right places, i do pay attention to what im eating. I make sure my calories are coming in steady and from good sources. I keep protein and water very high also.
