I've been weight lifting since I was 13yrs old, but only half hearted, allowing life to get in the way. My training knowledge is good but my main pitfall has alway been eating right. Its time to stop being lazy and master myself. i would like to be 220Lbs at 10% bodyfat. I'd like to bench 3 plates and strap a 45lbs plate around my waist and do wide grip chin-ups with ease.
