Ok, so I still have invisible abs, droopy pecs and no gluts to aim a boot at. BUT I am HOOKED! The undeniable euphoria of lifting would be enough, but i can see some results, too. Shorts that won't stay up without a belt (the scales LIE! I am smaller somewhere!). Attitude that won't quit even on...
Hey guy: Thanks for the great comment on my pic--I appreciate it. And, I also liked your tag line. Well said. Keep your sights set on the long term! Think where you want to be in 6 months from now. You can make it happen. Keep up the hard work.
I suggest you check out the 12-week Body for Life program. It really works at getting rid of bodyfat as well as getting you into great shape. It gives you a great nutrition plan along with both weightlifting and cardio routines. My wife (bodyspace: judimax) went from a size 12/14 to a 4/6 and I lost over 50 lbs going from 36 to 10% bodyfat in just 12 weeks with the BFL program. We were both amazed at the results and you may be too. Let us know if you would like more info.
Summmer is awesome, workouts are good. I understand what you're saying, it's easy to get off track, but it's good to hear that you are setting new goals! It doesn't have to be all or nothing. Every little bit that you do gets you closer to your goals! :)
Hey man. Well, since u asked, today marks my 3rd year clean. yeah! not a single cheat. have been able to cut out my blood pressure meds by excercising and strict diet(i'm a ketoer for life).
How're doing?
A lot of us expect to see results without putting in the work. "Success comes before work -only in the dictionary!" It hasn't been easy, but I have been eating clean with one cheat meal per week and I have been working out consistently as well. I would like to see progress quickly, but I know that it takes time...
Thank you for the comments and rating, it is greatly appreciated, I really am just your average dad, but may look into becoming more, thank you again, stay strong in your goals and they will come true,, J
Hi! I've been keeping a food journal because it helps me keep track of what I'm eating at what time. It will also be helpful later on when I evaluate my diet and make changes as necessary.
