after months of envying other guys' great bodies i decided to start working out... my best friend, who has been working out for about 3 years now gave me the initial support and encouragement i needed

there's a feeling of self confidence and power you get from it that has no equal

getting feedback from you guys is a major boost.. but there's nothing compared to seeing your body grow and get stronger... you start to love mirrors lol

I don't wanna be the skinny, weak kid any longer... and wow, I am achieving my goal!
Goal (Long):
I have always admired men with great bodies, the ones that feel confident enough to take their shirts off whenever they want! Until last year i don't think i could have included myself in that group of men.. But after 5 months of working out (90 minutes a day), eating the proper things (i guess lol), with no supplements (can't afford them) i'm amazed to see the results i'm achieving! At 180cms (about 5 11 i think) and 138 lbs i was quite thin... but still had around 15% body fat.. Now I'm proud to weigh 148 lbs and have 12% body fat! I've noticed changes everywhere in my body and i'm happy with all of them!!! the field that i have the most trouble with is strenght, i am such a slow strenght gainer!!! well, by the time i finish high school (september 07) i want to have bulked at least 10 to 15 more pounds while keeping or decreasing my bf%... and well, it is a fact that this summer my shirt's coming off!!

You are gaining some mass? Good for you, man. You are lucky since you are starting quite young. At this stage in your life, your testosterone levels are higher and your recovery time is shorter. I didn't start lifting until I was 25. All the best!

How do you think we took pics in late 70s???? when the most modern was an Polaroid camera? Those pics have lost all colour. The instamatic pics by Kodak. I haven't found yet, or was lost in my last divorce.
