Background
The pics in my photo gallery show me last summer (2011) - a couple months after the pics were taken I decided it was time to start working out seriously to stop the weight gain and get helthy again (I had some serious health problems) I have been working out ever since and I ve made some great progress concerning my health and soon I ll take a progress pic to let u see what I look like now ;))
It has helped me to get healthy again and it has become my new love ;)) - and I love the Endorphin Rush that I get from exercising I guess ;))

2. Tuesday & Saturday: BURNING FAT (~ 15 min CARDIO HIIT + 30 min Cardio moderate i. + Abs)
3. Thursday & Friday: MUSCLE SAVING & BURNING FAT
a) THURSDAY: 3 CIRCUITS (lower weight but higher repetitions) + ~ 40 min CARDIO moderate i.
b) FRIDAY: 3 CIRCUITS (lower weight but higher repetitions) + ~ 40 min CARDIO moderate i.

As I said about a month ago, I have tried out so many diets, recopies, healthy foods... but I could never create a nutrition plan that would taste good, be healthy, satisfy my body's energy, nutrient and calorie needs and make me feel full through the day. I have always tried to keep the carb intake low while eating various healthy foods through the day.
But somehow that had never worked for me! I was thinking about food constantly and to be honest, I was hungry all the time – I had eating attacks and I was craving forbidden foods all the time …
And I had also said that I would update my Nutrition Program as soon as I solve this problem – and here I am again – problem solved : ))
About ~2 months ago I changed my nutrition plan. First I took this online METABOLIC TYPE SELF TEST (which you can find here if you are interested: http://www.better-mind.com/component/option,com_jumi/Itemid,292/fileid,4/ ) according to which I belong to the mixed metabolic type. So I googled a little more and came to the conclusion that it would be a good idea to try out the Zone diet (if you take the test it will recommend a diet for you). And that’s what I did. I increased my carb intake and created a diet plan for me that is very simple. I eat the same healthy foods every day (except Sunday – Sundays I eat at my parents house and that’s not a place to be a picky eater : )) and most important I eat every ~ 3 hours, having about 6 meals through the day. My diet consists mostly of oats, cottage cheese, homemade soy milk, ground flax seeds, chicken, tuna and broccoli. I have been eating like this for the past 2 months and I feel great! I do not have cravings anymore (I have also increased my caloric intake to 1700 cal per day) and I don’t think about food all the time anymore.
You might think that this is a very dull nutrition plan but for me it works great because I don’t have to think about what I am going to eat and it satisfies my body's energy, nutrient and calorie needs! So for now I am sticking to this!
Since my goal is to lose some weight I will update my nutrition plan in a few months and let you know how I am feeling and if I am making progress concerning my weight loss plan : ))
If you are interested I can send you my detailed nutrition plan – but it’s in Croatian – so I would have to translate it first : )). But here is an approximate Macronutrient Breakdown of my diet:
ZONE DIET: 40 – 30 – 30:
CARBS: 170g per day, 28g per meal, (680 cal per dy, 114 cal per day)
PROTEIN: 127g per day, 21 g per meal, (510 cal per day, 85 cal per meal)
FAT: 56g per day, 9g per meal, ( 510 cal per day, 85cal perd meal)

In general I add:
4. L Glutamine
5. Maca root powder & Mumyo
6. Glucosamine
7. Calcium
I have told you that I have problems with my hormones (tooooo little progesterone) and while I was taking all these supplements above my hormone test results were great! So last month I was not taking L Glutamine, Maca root powder & Mumyo, Glucosamine and Calcium - I had my hormones tested last week and the results were really bad...So I intend to start taking L Glutamin, Maca root powder & Mumyo during April again and to have my hormones tested again next month to see if there will be any difference...
