How I Started:
I played basketball in high school and one day they took us to the weight room and i never left and quit basketball.
Why I Love It:
I love to see my body change and the feeling of accomplishment when I acheive my goals.
How I Stay Motivated:
Work out 4 days a week so i am super pumped for the next workout and can lift really heavy.
BB Accomplishments:
A 1000 lbs. combined bench squat and deadlift.

How long do you rest between sets on average? Why?
2-3 minutes on bench squat and deadlift cuz they are so taxing and 1-2 minutes on the rest.
How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
Anywhere from 6-12. This is the best range for mass gaining.
Which pro bodybuilder/fitness/figure competitor has the ideal physique? Why?
Johnny Jackson. He is big and has excellent cuts and vascularity.
