not sure how to work it out but put my info into the machine in the gym and it said 65% at 117 is for fat burning don,t forget I,m 40 Matt so i,m an old gimmer! : ) I do appreciate your help mate thanks

yeah sorry spinning monday 1/2 hr then do abs various exercises for 1/2 hr wed do 20mins cross trainer at 117 bpm abs for 10 mins 15 mins bike 117bpm 10 min abs 1500m on rower as fast as i can. fri 45 min spinning then abs for 1/2 hr lift on sun chest/tris tue back / bis thur shoulders / legs all for approx 1hr 15 mins exercises in workout journal in the over 35s

I do spinning twice a week then low rate stuff in between no cardio on lifting days no time go before work. Any advice will be appreciated
