Goal (Short): I want to get my body weight to a around 14 stone with improved symmetry & proportion
Goal (Long): I want to increase my overall mass and need to bring up key areas such as my calves(they suck!!) side delts & upper chest and improve my left to right symmetry in my chest, delts, lats & calves.
Weight Goal: I want to GAIN 21 lb

Thank you. I'm semi-concerned about my form, I want to make sure it's all perfect before I start moving the weights up. And the place I go, some of the people there I doubt, have any training. Great work yourself though man. How long you been at it?

Dieting's not too bad - got the will-power to stick at it, was actually dieting down a bit too quickly a few weeks ago, but pacing it a bit more slowly now. Good going on the new job and, if possible, your competition.

Nearly through the red tape, just got to wait another 5 weeks cos the guy at the council has been off work. we're going to start the building work in time for the change of use application to go through so we don't lose any more time. Come & see us, we'll be open by May.
