How I Started:
i always had an intrest in bodybuilding,but before i could change what you see on the outside, i had to change what was on the inside. now i live, breath, eat, sleep bodybuilding, and it's the coolest thing i've ever done.
Why I Love It:
because every workout, puts me one step closer to my goal. i now get so excited when i can see new "cuts" form before my eyes.
How I Stay Motivated:
i only hang out with positive people. I found out who my true friends were when i made the decision to better myself, years ago. I have several friends who are doing the same as me, and that's a big motivator, because i can always count on them to hear my woes when i feel like i've failed. They get me back in the gym, and keep me on course!
BB Accomplishments:
well just the fact that i'm still doing this 2 years later, and i have not given up trying to achive the body i want, i think in my book is a major accomplishment

my days of the week vary due to work, but i always work out four days in a row. the other three days of the week, i travel.
day 1, shoulders - 3 exercises x 3 sets each of 10/12reps
triceps - 3 exercises x 3 sets each of 10/12reps
abs - one upper, one lower usually 3 sets...
