i'm doing great! thanks for asking. workouts are back in order, eating is good (not perfect, but good) and i feel great. :)

glad to hear you're having fun. that's what it should be all about! i had a great back workout & cardio session this morning. my eating has been good but not perfect. i'm eating about 80% clean and 20% not quite as clean. :)

hi there! how are you doing? things are good. i got a bit off track for a while. my old diet was driving me crazy! i'm doing a lifestyle diet now and i feel so much better! :)

hi tom! well the workouts have not been very on track for the past few weeks. i've been so sidetracked with moving! i should be back on track after this weekend though. how are your workouts going?

well, i've managed to drop some of my "moving" weight! i think most of it was actually water weight. thank goodness! so i guess that week of cheating wasn't all bad and i did enjoy it! :)

moving was really grueling this time! we moved from a 2 bedroom place to a one bedroom and it's so much harder to downsize! not to mention it was super, super hot outside (+110 F)!! i cheated and cheated and cheated and just didn't stop for a week, so it's actually good that i only gained 2 pounds! at least i am starting to learn my boundaries. have fun camping! that sounds awesome.

hey girl! well, looks like i put on a few pounds over the last week or so. :( moving really threw me off track! i'm back on track now and hoping to lose these last eight pounds really fast. it just goes to show how quickly i can gain weight. :(

woohoo! good job on your hard work & progress! keep up with that diet and your abs will be showing in no time! my diet is still going strong. i have been losing weight very, very painfully slow but visiting family last weekend was totally worth it. i didn't cheat, but i wasn't able to eat exactly what my diet specifies all the time. it makes such a big difference!
